This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange an item purchased through COD, and how you will receive a refund.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is:
In its original, unused, and undamaged condition
With all original tags and packaging intact
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Items not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Customized items
Perishable items
Downloadable products
Any item marked as "final sale"

Return Process:
Contact us: Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team at zemoapparel@gmail.com or @ zemo social media accounts to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Pack your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging along with all tags and the original receipt or proof of purchase. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package.
Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking information for your records.
Return processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Refund Options:
COD orders: For COD orders, your refund will be processed in the form of a store credit voucher to be used on our website. We cannot issue cash refunds due to the nature of COD payments.
Alternative options: In some cases, we may offer alternative refund options at our discretion, such as:
Direct bank transfer
Electronic wallet transfer
Replacement product
Additional Information:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. Please ensure your package is properly insured before shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our return policy.
