Return and Refund Policy for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

• You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is:
  • In its original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

 

Items not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Customized items
• Perishable items
• Downloadable products
• Any item marked as "final sale"
• Orders out of our 30 day Return and Refund Policy

 

Return Process:

• Contact us: Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team at zemoapparel@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
• Pack your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging along with all tags and the original receipt or proof of purchase. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package.
• Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking information for your records.
• Return processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.

 

Refund Options:

• COD orders: For COD orders, your refund will be processed in the form of a store credit voucher to be used on our website. We cannot issue cash refunds due to the nature of COD payments.
• Alternative options: In some cases, we may offer alternative refund options at our discretion, such as:
  • Direct bank transfer
  • Electronic wallet transfer
  • Replacement product

 

Additional Information:

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. Please ensure your package is properly insured before shipping.
